Oil & Gas Services
One partner for studies, facilities, records, security, and training
- Feasibility Study
- Warehouse & Records Center
- Document Control
- Migas Training
Studies, facilities, records, security, and training for KKKS. We run the feasibility study, build the warehouse or records centre with licensed partners, install CCTV and access control, set up document control, and train your team to run it. Oil and gas work for KKKS is delivered through our CIVD-registered partners, Manpro and SCU (Elnusa).
What you receive
- Feasibility study report with cost estimates and schedule
- Completed warehouse or records centre with handover records
- Records classification scheme and retention schedule
- Installed CCTV and access control with configuration documentation
- Training material, attendance certificates, and operating procedures
Why this matters now
Upstream oil and gas work produces documents and data that must survive far longer than the project itself. Storage facilities, records organisation, and their security are obligations that sit with the KKKS.
Upstream records are an obligation, not a choice
Seismic data, well data, and operating documents must be preserved and handed over to the state. Scattered records stall that handover and turn into findings.
The facility decides how long documents last
Humidity, temperature, and fire risk consume paper far faster than expected. An empty room filled with shelving is not a records centre.
Oil and gas procurement runs its own route
Service providers to KKKS follow upstream procurement rules, including verification through CIVD. Administrative readiness decides whether work can start at all.
Signs your organisation needs this
- Record volume has outgrown the space currently available
- Documents are hard to find when an auditor or regulator asks
- There is no retention schedule, so nobody is willing to dispose of anything
- The storage area has no access restriction or camera coverage
Any one of these is reason enough to start the conversation early.

- Number of files ready for handover under the retention schedule
